At CD Aviation Services, we are excited to announce the acceptance of our 8.0-hour Inspection Authorization (IA) refresher course titled “Honeywell GTCP36 Series APU Familiarization.” This course has been meticulously crafted to meet the stringent requirements set forth by Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 65, specifically § 65.93(a)(4), ensuring it qualifies for IA renewal.
Course Details and Accreditation
Our FAA-accepted Training Course Number is C-IND-IM-240613-K-022-004, valid until June 30, 2028. This accreditation underscores our commitment to providing high-quality training that adheres to FAA standards. The course will be listed on the Master IA Refresher Course Database on the www.FAASafety.gov website under the Maintenance Hangar tab for 48 months, subject to ongoing compliance with FAA guidelines.
Ongoing Compliance and Course Maintenance
As a provider of FAA-accepted IA training, CD Aviation Services is dedicated to maintaining the integrity and relevance of our course. It is imperative that we adhere strictly to current FAA guidance to ensure continued validity of our course acceptance number. This includes accurately documenting training completion certificates with required information as per FAA guidelines.
Course Oversight and Requirements
In accordance with FAA regulations, we are committed to notifying the responsible Flight Standards office manager and the FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) Program Manager nearest to the training location at least 30 days prior to each course presentation. We welcome oversight by a Flight Standards aviation safety inspector (ASI) or FAASTeam representative, ensuring compliance and upholding safety standards in aviation education.
Participant Records and Transparency
CD Aviation Services maintains detailed records of all course attendees and their contact information for a minimum of 36 months after each training session. These records are readily accessible to any FAA office upon request, facilitating transparency and accountability in our training operations.
