A Message From CD Aviation Services
CD Aviation Services (CDAS) would like to express our thoughts and prayers to all of our employees, friends, customers, vendors and their families. For the last 30 years, due to the experience and professionalism of our employees, CDAS has provided industry leading service and quality in the repair and overhaul of turbine engines.
We support a variety of operators around the world including corporate, passenger, cargo, agriculture, and special use. We want to reassure all operators that we stand firmly in support of your operations. While we have taken necessary precautions to protect our employees and families we are committed to providing you the service that you deserve. This includes in shop repairs/overhaul as well as field service. Our customers keep the economy running and we are here to keep them operating.
While many service providers in our industry are limiting their offerings, we understand that in this financial climate our customers need to fly. Together we will push through this challenging time and both CDAS and our customers will emerge stronger.
“When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.” Henry Ford
CD Aviation Services began 30 years ago serving mostly the Agriculture industry. As the business has grown we have moved in to Commuter and Cargo operators and eventually Corporate operators. Twenty years later, we’ve expanded to meet our customer’s needs.
We have facilities in the United States and Europe and employ mechanics with over 200 years of combined turbine engine maintenance experience.
We want to be where you are when you need us. We expanded our hangar and engine repair facilities to Europe with 24/7 Aircraft on Ground services and customer support. Our cloud-based SilverSky service allows you to access your aircraft’s maintenance information and comprehensive receiving and tear-down reports.
As the costs of parts and related business operations increase, we are determined to soften the impact to our customers as much as possible. We strategically stock our shops to minimize overhead costs and wait time.
This isn’t the time to cut corners and make-do: lives depend on the integrity of your aircraft. We provide FAA-certified training for all our employees. We even provide training for mechanics, owners and operators, so they can better care for their engine.
CD Aviation Services certificates include the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and many more.
We take our work seriously. That's why we've created a customer experience to give you updates on all your aircraft maintenance information.
